A very aptly named bull from the Herd of Pam Shelley – he has a tremendous back end and lots of power. He was selected at Kaludah along with Kaludah Jolly.  Both were sold at Wodonga and the new owners were willing to do a semen deal with the IHBS. Powerhouse was 2^nd in a strong class at Wodonga and went on to sell for $16,000 to Battalion Herefords. He had the largest EMA of all the Junior and Intermediate Bulls at Wodonga (136 cms) and weighed 976 kgs at 22 months.
