Next stop New Zealand!

The Team of Irish Young Handlers were out and about again last week. Our kind sponsors; Slaney Foods International invited the team to their facility in Bunclody, Co. Wexford for a tour of the factory. The day began by meeting the Director, Rory Fanning who gave a brief overview and background of the factory and important pillars of business. Therafter, Dennis & Marika gave us a guided tour of the Factory, showing every stage in depth from where the cattle enter the lairage alive right through to Slaughter and onto boning before seeing the product being packed and sent on for further processing.

Huge thanks to Rory Fanning, Marika Mahon & all the crew in Slaney Foods International for all their help, sponsorship and input into this travel bursary and making this opportunity possible.
