The 79th annual Tinahely show took place on August Bank Holiday Monday. There was a good representation of Hereford cattle on show in all classes. The Hereford championship was awarded to Henry & Mervyn Parr with they’re young bull ‘Tourtane Jamsey Boy’. The reserve champion was awarded to John Jones with his two year old heifer ‘Clonroe Kate’.
